Somehow Mike's picture of Disney Hall triggered this in my memory. I like the car driving by in his shot and it reminded me of this blurred and hurried walker, juxtaposed against the mountain of steel. Motility crashing against permanence.

Disney Hall at Dusk

Disney Hall & Downtown L.A.

I took a trip with a friend to downtown L.A. We went to Union Station, Olvera Street, Disney Concert Hall, the Bradbury Building and back to Disney Hall at dusk for some more photos.

We did a tour of Disney Hall which I highly recommend. It is a spectacular, magnificent building. I felt like I was going through one of the great cathedrals in Europe. They offer tours, both guided and unguided. I would highly recommend the guided tour.

This image is from the interior of the concert hall. Over the next few days I will post some other images from the trip.
