I really have to thank Ken for getting me into Lightroom. I am finally developing some nef picture files that I took years ago and many I am only now seeing the potential of for the first time.
RAW is a nice starting point especially with an image that needs help. My digital camera lets me save a JPEG and RAW of each shot. Since memory cards are gigantic this isn't a problem for me. I start with the RAW file on problem images and often get a "second chance" to save them.
Nice shot and nice job of "Develop"ing. Try brushing on more brightness and contrast in the striations.
ReplyDeleteI goosed it up a little when I was playing around with it but thought that the more literal view felt more "right." will take another look.
